Jenna Downing has been teaching Art, preschool, summer camp, after school and enrichment programs for over 20 years.

​

In the process of teaching art, she's found her role is to provide guidance and encouragement. When things don’t go as expected, make them into a happy mistake and change directions, as we often do in life. Jenna believe's her students strengthen their Social Emotional Learning skills through Art and find resilience through their mistakes.

Jenna absolutely love children’s literacy and its ability to give young children perspective, especially when it pertains to Art!

When she's not creating or teaching Jenna is spending time with her two children, husband, dog, tortoise and bearded dragon.
